Madden NFL 06 for the Xbox 360 was published by Electronic Arts and released in November 2005. This was the Madden Xbox 360 launch title, the first version released on that platform. In addition, it was the first title at Electronic Arts – Tiburon for the “next generation” of consoles. For this project, I was a Development Manager, the direct line manager of sixteen software engineers across several disciplines: graphics, user interface, game play, and online. I wrote performance reviews and managed all personnel issues. My duties also included managing the development schedule for these areas, creating a build schedule, delivering builds to QA, managing bug flow, ensuring technical designs are written, and tracking dependencies with the art, audio, central data, and production departments.
