EA Mobile Casual

From July 2022 until the end of 2025 I was the Operations Director for several of EA Mobile’s casual titles. EA Mobile was divided into several verticals and I was the lead Senior Development Director for that group. I help guide the Development Directors who were working directly on the game titles.

Plants vs. Zombies 2

From July 2022 until October 2023, I worked with the Plants vs. Zombie 2 team in order to help them with their distributed development. They had a North America team who were guiding the team from a design perspective and a team in India that did a lot of the work on the game. The team did a great job of bridging the two time zone and making the people in India feel like they were part of the team.

Unannounced PvZ Game

From July 2022 until October 2023, I worked with the group at PopCap on a yet to be released Plants vs. Zombies game. I worked with a small team to release a few Limited Market Tests and then on plans to scale up the team. We scaled the team up and they were on their way towards Soft Launch when I stopped working with the team.

SimCity: BuildIt

From July 2022 until December 2025, I worked with the Tracktwenty Studio in Helsinki, Finland in order to help refine their development processes for their SimCity: BuildIt mobile title. The group is super creative and dedicated to making SimCity: BuildIt an awesome experience for their players. I really enjoyed my trips to Helsinki and how nice everyone was. I hope this game keeps going for many more years to come. As I told the team once, to me, the original SimCity on PC was “my SimCity”. There are people out there that will consider SimCity: BuildIt “their SimCity”. It’s a great honor to be the current torch bearers for such a great game series.

Pogo

From July 2023 until December 2025, I worked with the Pogo group. They are a geo-distributed group with their leadership in various cities of the US. It was weird that Pogo was in the Mobile group because it was mainly a website that has been around since 1998 and EA acquired it in 2001. The current group was lean and really understood their business. They worked with various outsourcers to bring new game experiences to the website. I helped them with various staffing related issues and backfilling their staff.

Covet Fashion

From October 2023 until December 2025, I worked with the Covet Fashion team. I helped transition the game from mainly being worked on in California to a team in India. At first we transitioned the game so that it was partially made in North America and partially in India, but by the end of 2025 it was run by a small dedicated group in India. While I never thought I would work on a fashion game, it was interesting working with a game that appealed to a different demographic than any of my games previous.

Design Home

From October 2023 until December 2025, I worked with the Design Home team to review their development processes and help them with various cost cutting initiatives. The Design Home team really knew their product and their customers. Their core team was located in North America and I helped them add more people in India, increasing their bandwidth to do more awesome updates. I also helped work with a small group at Tracktwenty to get a Match 3 mode added to the game.
